The Rivera are a faction of energy beings located in a distant location away from the Ascended Empire. Not much information is known about The Rivera except that they have domain over two nexuses and are considered a powerhouse within their region of the universe. The Rivera have a population which is approximately half ascended beings and half native lifeforms indigenous to Alfleheym.
The Man Stevenson discovered is an ascended being from this faction (originally an Ori) who was tasked to scout the Galaxy of Destra.
